He has around 18+ years of experience in the automotive R&D function, mainly in commercial vehicle development. He started his career as a PGET in 2007 at Tata Motors, R&D, and worked there for 15 years. He has exposure to working on various roles in the R&D function, including Defence Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, Engine/Powertrain Integration, Electric Vehicle, and Alternative Fuel Vehicles. So far, he has worked on 25 projects and successfully delivered them with the right quality and timeline. He has the exposure and a good understanding of Sustainability and Digitization, including AI/ML/Gen AI.

His Leadership journey includes both leading Technology and People. He is playing a key role in the development of world-class products, as well as building world-class teams focused on diversity & inclusion, culture, and values. Currently, he is leading a team of 30 engineers at the Volvo Group, R&D Centre, India, for global projects.

He is currently the author of 26 publications on different topics from the Automotive domain. He holds 14 Patents/IPR (Granted) so far. He completed 15 DFSS projects and became a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (DFSS) from Tata Motors.

He received 5 Innovation Awards. He completed VAVE Projects of a cumulative worth of 100 Cr during his career at Tata Motors. He was the AIAG & AIAG-VDA DFMEA Trainer at Tata Motors.

He received the CXO certificate from CXO Incubator and the IGNITE-Leadership Certificate from Volvo Group. Now, he has started a new journey as a book author.
